1. Export Shipment Management
1.1 Arrange export bookings with shipping lines and forwarders
1.2 Monitor shipment schedules (ETD, ETA, quantities, booking status)
1.3 Open export declarations and follow customs clearance procedures
2. Export Documentation
2.1 Prepare full set of export documents (Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, C/O, Insurance, etc.)
2.2 Prepare draft C/O documents and coordinate with customers for confirmation
3. Import Documentation & Control
3.1 Check and verify import documents to ensure compliance with regulations
4. LC & Banking Documentation
4.1 Prepare and arrange LC document sets
4.2 Submit and follow up documents with banks (e.g., Shinhan Bank)
5. Customs Declaration & System Management
5.1 Upload and attach all required documents to customs declaration systems
5.2 Maintain accurate records of import/export declarations
6. Order & Sample Handling
6.1 Prepare and process sales orders and internal documentation (TC, etc.)
6.2 Arrange and send samples to customers
7. Customer & Market Support
7.1 Support customer communication related to shipments and documents
7.2 Conduct basic customer research

Experience: more than 3 years
For reference, our company has approximately 30-40 employees including office staff.
