Import Transport Operation Management

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure the availability of the products from International Exporting Countries to Vietnam Warehouses with the highest level of compliance and best optimization of resources (Cost & Lead Time)
As a Supply Solution Provider:
Design Transport, Logistics & Customs solution according to the retail orders planification & needs
Ensure the On-Time warehouse arrival of the goods thanks to a solid shipment planning and clear operation follow up
Define with the exporters the best cargo loading plan to optimize transport cost
Provide the shipment visibility to my customers
Be the link between Exporters and Retail Vietnam to guarantee the reliability of the committed Lead Time
Assess the vendor activities in all the transport, logistics and custom topics
As a Transport & Logistics Controller:
Guarantee the Economic part of my Area by allocating business to vendors, piloting volume for bookings, controlling the stuffing Rate, reducing the cost/CBM
Monitor the activity of my Business Partners and organize quality Management reviews of their activities (Carrier, Customs Brokers, Supply chain solution Provider) and optimize their services
Guarantee the performance of my PnL (Profit & Loss) to be transparent and accurate
As a Transport & Customs Operations Optimizer:
Propose the best Inbound operational solutions and validate & prepare the operational back-up solutions
Negotiate the best rates & challenge the costs of my Local partners
Promote the local autonomy of all concerned actors in transport & customs through collaborative actions
Set up the operations process of new flows (exporters, customs branch, products, transport mode...)
