Mô tả công việc
- Check daily shipment pull plan with customers and prepare shipping documents (create SO/DN, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Maintain the EDI system related to shipping documents; be familiar with SAP T-codes
- Coordinate with PMC, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) and escalate to customers in case of payment issues
- Prepare monthly and yearly shipment forecasts and track progress to ensure 100% achievement of shipping targets
- Communicate with customers to develop short-term and long-term supply plans, based on forecasts (FCST) and material status; regularly update progress to customers
- Host and coordinate meetings
- Perform cost estimation and negotiate commercial terms with customers
Yêu cầu
- Must have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Must have Bachelor or above
- 2-year experience in sales or related
- Self-disciplined, strong sense of responsibility
- Computer literate, especially Excel, Word
