Job Summary
To ensure guests are provided with professional and courteous services according to New World Phu Quoc Resort standard.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - (Key Activities)
Customer Service
• Ensures the delivery of brand promise and provides exceptional guest service at all times.
• Provides excellent service to internal customers in other departments as appropriate.
• Handles all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactorily.
• Maintains positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.
• Establishes a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationships.
• Ensures Food and Beverage Division meets the Hotel's targets in the areas of Guest Satisfaction Survey and Customer Audits.
Yêu cầu
Học vấn & Kinh nghiệm:
Tốt nghiệp Chuyên ngành Quản trị Khách sạn/Nhà hàng hoặc có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ
Phục vụ/F&B.
Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm việc từ 1-2 năm tại các nhà hàng, khách sạn/resort 4-5 sao.
Kỹ năng chuyên môn:
Am hiểu chuẩn mực phục vụ quốc tế (English/French/American Service).
Có kiến thức cơ bản đến nâng cao về rượu vang, cocktail và các loại đồ uống cao cấp.
