POSITION: Accounting Analyst Intern

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Daily conducting the invoice processing workflow;
- Daily processing credit card transactions into system;
- Weekly Accounting tasks such as prepare quality of earnings report, opening balance sheet report, joint venture distribution calculation report, online revenue reconciliation report, operating cash matching report;
- Quarterly Accounting task such as inventory counting process (night shift) and AR conversion;
- Other accounting tasks required by the clients;
- Preparing Excel documents for further analysis;
- Other ad-hoc tasks from management.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Must have:
- Fresh graduate major in Accounting and/or less than one year of working experience in Accounting
- Good English communication skills, especially writing and reading
- Can perform basic function on MS Excel
- Has knowledge of accounting principles and functions
Nice to have:
- Familiar with US accounting standards/systems
Work behavior:
- Willing to learn continuously and to adapt to new conditions
- Has the ability to work independently, execute task well
- Has the ability to creatively redesign one's job; self-starter.
