WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
The Digital
Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Innovature BPO's digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on SEO, website performance, digital lead generation, marketing technology, and automation.
We are looking for a hands-on, technology-savvy B2B marketer who can use data, digital tools, and AI to generate qualified leads and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across SEO, paid media, LinkedIn, email, retargeting, social marketing and other relevant channels.
- Generate qualified leads and MQLs for Innovature's target markets and services.
- Continuously test and improve campaigns based on performance and ROI.
- Work closely with Business Development to improve lead quality and pipeline generation.
SEO & Website
- Own Innovature's SEO strategy and organic search performance.
- Manage keyword strategy, technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and link building.
- Improve website traffic, landing pages, conversion rates, and overall user experience.
- Monitor competitors and identify new search opportunities.
Marketing Technology & Automation
- Manage and improve CRM, marketing automation, analytics, lead scoring, and campaign tracking.
- Use AI and automation to improve marketing productivity and campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously evaluate new marketing technologies and tools.
Analytics & Performance
- Track marketing performance from Traffic → Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Revenue.
- Analyze which channels generate the best-quality opportunities.
- Provide clear recommendations on where marketing resources and budget should be invested.
Content & Brand
- Develop content that supports SEO, lead generation, and Innovature's market positioning.
- Coordinate service pages, case studies, articles, thought leadership, email campaigns, and social media.
- Ensure consistent messaging across digital channels.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 7+ years of digital/B2B marketing experience.
- 2+ years in a marketing management role.
- Strong SEO knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Strong understanding of digital lead generation and conversion funnels.
- Good non-verbal English communication
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation.
- Comfortable with tools such as GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs/Semrush, HubSpot or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding and practical use of AI and modern marketing technologies.
- Analytical, commercially minded, and comfortable working with data.
- Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or internal marketing resources.
- B2B services, outsourcing, staffing, SaaS, technology, or professional-services experience preferred.
