it Officer is responsible for conducting daily audits of gaming and non-gaming revenue, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards. This role involves preparing audit reports, reconciling transactions, and collaborating with other departments to resolve discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a basic understanding of auditing principles.
* Key Responsibilities:
+ Conduct daily audits of gaming operations, including slots, table games, cage, and VIP gaming.
+ Perform audit procedures on F&B outlets' revenue transactions and reconcile invoices billed by leased outlets.
+ Review and consolidate shift reports, prepare revenue and audit reports, and ensure timely submission.
+ Ensure all revenue records are accurate and discrepancies are promptly reported and resolved.
+ Prepare outlet revenue POS reports, cash overage/shortage reports, and other necessary audit documentation.
+ Complete month-end duties, including account reconciliations and journal entry adjustments.
+ Ensure audit checklists are up-to-date and diligently followed.
+ Assist in quarterly and periodic audits, including cash counts, card audits, unscheduled machine counts, key audits, physical cage counts, and slot audits.
+ Adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies and attendance guidelines.
+ Communicate audit exceptions to operational departments and document findings.
+ Assist the Income & Gaming Audit Supervisor in managing ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned by casino management.
