Working location: An Phu, Thuan An, Binh Duong (Shuttle bus provided)
• Supply management is based on developing mutually relationships with the core suppliers.
• Identify and present opportunities for cost reduction, promote new sourcing and negotiate with local and regional suppliers when needed.
• Working with sites to ensure maximization of strategic suppliers / contracted supplier agreements.
• Timely and accurately implement the P2P process (PR, PO/contract and follow-up actions) across all ADM Vietnam - responsible for ensuring compliance with the Global Non-Commodity S2P Policy.
• Depth understanding about the items and services to be procured, developing and implementing strategies to minimize the supply risks.
• Cooperating with PR requesters to provide timely/coherent information about PO/contract process status and resolve if any issue with delivery and/or invoice payment.
• Supporting procurement project /program where assigned in Vietnam & Cambodia.
• Coordinate with the Hub Buyers to create and maintain the preferred supplier list
• Supporting master data (vendor, Item) process for the operation of ERP system (MS Dynamic 365 BC)
• Keep track with Hub Buyers on pending PR list, open PO list and validity contract list
• Conduct the spend analysis, identify saving initiatives and/or value-add drivers
• Carrying out other activities related to Indirect procurement as assigned by the Hub Lead.
