Role: Individual Contributor, reports to Country Procurement Manager
Job Summary:
In this role, the Indirect Procurement Supervisor will be responsible for owning and managing the full process of
purchasing and support Company management to process bidding.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for indirect procurement categories, including IT services, office supplies, marketing services, travel, transportation, MRO and professional services ....
• Planning a purchase based on the project implementation schedule of the Company.
• Act as a point of contact between the Company and suppliers/ vendors (for Nontrade/ Indirect Procurement) to optimize cost and delivery time for the project. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure high-quality service, competitive pricing, and adherence to contractual terms
• Analyze market and delivery systems to assess present and future material availability.
• Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and deadlines with vendors and suppliers.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms to reduce expenses while maintaining quality and service standards.
• Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and vendor pricing.
• Work closely with the legal department to ensure contract terms are favorable to the Company.
• Support virtual bid teams with the bidding process.
