Job Summary
The incumbent will support the
business development and leasing activities for Frasers Property Vietnam's Industrial Parks, focusing on tenants and investors from Asian markets (e.g., China, Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.). This role is responsible for managing client relationships, preparing leasing proposals, coordinating with internal departments for deal execution, and ensuring a smooth tenant onboarding experience.
Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with Head of Leasing, and Deputy General Manager to propose annual business plans, leasing strategies and positioning for assigned industrial portfolio.
• Provide strategic input for the budgeting and forecasting process for Portfolio & Asset Management Team.
• Build and expand the network and pipeline of potential tenants who are interested in setting up and doing business in Vietnam, and Asia Pacific Region.
• Provide guidance to Leasing Team Members to execute the leasing process, such as gathering market and tenant information, leasing negotiations, sourcing new tenants, evaluating tenants' creditworthiness, liaising with internal and external legal teams.
• Partner with Business Development, Investment, Project Development, and Legal Teams in engaging Build-to-Suit tenants throughout the leasing process.
• Collaborate with Marketing Team to promote Frasers Property Vietnam industrial products via effective channels.
• Work closely with Facility Management and Tenant Experience Teams to help retain and source new tenants.
• Provide status updates to Senior Management on Leasing performance, budget variances, changes in market and property conditions.
• Drive performance excellence of Leasing Team and monitor Leasing related performance metrics.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Industrial Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field.
• At least 1 year of working experience in the Industrial Leasing Team of international real estate
developer.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is essential for business communication.
• Extensive network of Chinese-speaking clients doing or intending to do business in Vietnam.
• In-depth understanding of industrial real estate market and products (including ready-built and built-to-suit).
• Foundational understanding of relevant laws and regulations in Industrial Real Estate.
• Possess strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven and able to work under pressure.
• Demonstrable can-do attitude, and willingness to perform hands-on duties.
• Based in Ho Chi Minh city with the flexibility to travel to other provinces due to work requirements.
