industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Required Knowledge and Qualifications
• Minimum of 3 years industrial maintenance or heavy equipment experience required.
• Advance understanding of mechanics, hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems.
• Capable of operating hand, power and specialized tools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 25 Kg
• Team player and willing to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
• Graduate from University with a major in mechanical engineering
• Have experience in F.D.I company is an advantage
• Basic English language preferred
Example of typical activities to be done
• Detect problems by performing basic diagnostic tests.
• Install and repair machinery and equipment.
• Replace defective parts of machinery as needed.
• Move machinery and equipment
Other requirements
• Requested to have a wide range of skills that aid in their work of installing, maintaining and disassembling industrial machines.
• Putting together a machine can take few days or several weeks (flexibility is required).
• Need to be able to perform repairs that include replacing worn or defective parts of machines.
• Sometimes is required to taking apart existing machines. To do this commonly need to be able to use cranes, hoists winches and other lifting equipment.
