Industrial Park Vice Operation Manager - Technical

- Quản lý vận hành toàn bộ hệ thống kỹ thuật của khu nhà xưởng: điện, nước, hệ thống thoát nước, xử lý nước thải, PCCC, hệ thống chiếu sáng, thông gió/điều hòa (nếu có), mái che, kết cấu, cảnh quan và các hạng mục phụ trợ khác.
- Manage the operation of all technical systems in the industrial facility, including electricity, water supply, drainage, wastewater treatment, fire protection systems, lighting, ventilation/air conditioning (if any), roofing, structural components, landscaping, and other auxiliary systems.
- Phối hợp với bộ phận CS để hỗ trợ kỹ thuật trong quá trình tiếp nhận và bàn giao nhà xưởng cho khách thuê.
Coordinate with the CS team to provide technical support during the factory handover process to tenants.
- Giám sát quá trình thi công cải tạo theo yêu cầu của khách thuê (fit-out), đảm bảo tuân thủ quy chuẩn kỹ thuật và an toàn.
Supervise tenant-requested fit-out works, ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations.
- Tiếp nhận và xử lý kịp thời các yêu cầu kỹ thuật hoặc sự cố phát sinh từ khách thuê.
Respond promptly to tenants' technical requests or arising incidents.
- Tổ chức thực hiện bảo trì, bảo dưỡng định kỳ các hạng mục kỹ thuật nhằm kéo dài tuổi thọ công trình và hạn chế rủi ro vận hành.
Organize regular maintenance and servicing of technical systems to extend asset lifespan and reduce operational risks.
- Lập kế hoạch nâng cấp, cải tạo cơ sở hạ tầng kỹ thuật phù hợp với chiến lược khai thác và mở rộng quỹ nhà xưởng.
Develop plans for infrastructure upgrades or refurbishments in alignment with the business expansion and asset strategy.
- Làm việc với đơn vị thiết kế, tư vấn, nhà thầu trong quá trình xây dựng nhà xưởng mới để đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, khả năng vận hành và bảo trì về sau.
Collaborate with designers, consultants, and contractors during the development of new factory buildings to ensure technical standards, operational feasibility, and future maintainability.
- Quản lý đội ngũ kỹ sư bảo trì, PCCC, môi trường, cảnh quan liên quan đến vận hành khu nhà xưởng.
Manage maintenance engineers, fire safety engineers, environmental engineers, landscape teams, and other personnel related to factory operations.
- Kiểm soát chi phí vận hành kỹ thuật, đảm bảo hiệu quả và tiết kiệm.
Monitor and control the technical operation budget to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Định kỳ báo cáo hoạt động kỹ thuật cho Ban Giám đốc.
Provide periodic reports on technical operations to the BOD, CEO, or Chairman.
