IT System Administrator and Infrastructure Support (60%)
The
IT Administrator is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software, managing network servers, and ensuring all systems are up-to-date and operating smoothly. You play a critical role in ensuring the IT infrastructure supports the organization's goals and user needs in including but not limited:
- Monitor network and system performance, PC Helpdesk Support, identify and resolve any issues proactively, before users notice
- Upgrading, installing, and configuring new computer/server hardware and software to align with company policies and standards.
- Creating AD Email and others system account and managing access control to protect sensitive data.
- Documenting IT processes and User Manual.
- Performs and verifies system and data backups and restoration on servers using backup software. - Developing effective data retrieval and recovery procedures to protect against data loss.
- Proactive monitoring helps maintain system reliability and prevent potential problems, contributing to smooth business operations.
- Provide technical support and training to users and ensure that all employees can use technology effectively, enhancing overall productivity. Offering support and guidance helps users feel confident and competent in utilizing IT resources.
- Perform a variety of tasks, from system maintenance to user support, making them indispensable in ensuring the seamless operation of IT systems and networks.
- Manage the IT asset inventory, IT procurement process and keep it up-to-date
2- IT Business Application Support (20%)
- Co-ordinate and liaise with business users on system requirements gathering, documentation and software evaluation.
- Follow the processes and procedures to perform technical configuration, system data testing, data troubleshooting.
- Work closely with business users to troubleshoot business systems
3- Information Security Administration (20%)
- Keeping systems patches updated is essential for protecting against vulnerabilities
- Oversee the overall security of organizations' networks.
- Set up and manage user accounts and permissions, safeguarding company data. Create secure access for the right individuals, maintaining the integrity of confidential information.
- Support ISMS Officer for the information security internal / external audit and IT security compliance
Others:
Successful Candidate will be required to comply information security as following:
1. Ensure compliance with Fujifilm Information Security Policies and Procedure at all time.
2. Responsible for maintaining security of all Fujifilm information entrusted to and not limiting to proper classification & handling of Fujifilm documents and records.
3. Complete Information Security training and awareness program on regular basis and possess enough knowledge to adhere to Fujifilm Information Security requirements.
4. Responsible for identifying, reporting and complying with Information Security Incident & Reporting Procedure.
5. Failing to comply with the security policies could be subject to disciplinary action
