We are supporting one of our clients in Vietnam in hiring an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology and software-development projects.
The successful candidate will manage multiple projects concurrently, lead cross-functional technical teams, and ensure successful delivery within the agreed scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple IT and software-development projects.
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and client expectations.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including software
developers, QA engineers,
business analysts, and technical leads.
Work closely with regional and international stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, dependencies, risks, issues, and delivery milestones.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support continuous improvement across delivery teams.
Prepare clear project reports and provide timely updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with internal governance, quality, security, and documentation standards.
Key Requirements
6-12 years of relevant experience in IT or technology project management.
Proven experience managing multiple software-development projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Experience leading multidisciplinary and geographically distributed technical teams.
Strong stakeholder, budget, risk, and change-management capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Experience working with regional or international stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in cloud migration, fintech, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, enterprise systems, or digital transformation.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, Certified ScrumMaster, or SAFe.
Experience working within multinational, product-technology, consulting, or software-development environments.
