Infrastructure Construction Manager / Trưởng Phòng Hạ Tầng Thi Công

The Infrastructure Manager will represent the Client's Project Management Team on site, overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of all infrastructure construction works. This includes roads, street landscape, and essential utilities (power supply, water supply, wastewater, storm drainage, and communication systems). For the storm drainage system, it will include the wide-open channel running around the project.
Support the Earth work during the initial stage of the project
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise the on-site construction of all infrastructure components to ensure they meet design, schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with contractors and relevant authorities to ensure proper implementation of the infrastructure works according to approved designs, including:
o Internal roads and driveways
o Street landscape within infrastructure scope
o Power and electrical distribution networks
o Clean water supply system
o Wastewater collection and treatment system
o Storm drainage system, including the wide open channel surrounding the site
o Telecommunication and data networks
• Ensure all works are executed according to the approved construction drawings, technical standards, and specifications.
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and report regularly to the Infrastructure & Residential PM.
• Make reports on construction progress and issues (daily, weekly, monthly) as required by the PM.
• Coordinate with other PM sections (Golf Course and Clubhouse) to ensure infrastructure interfaces are well managed.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance.
• Assist in reviewing contractor submissions, method statements, shop drawings, and materials for infrastructure works.
• Support in testing, commissioning, and handover of all infrastructure systems.
