Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Infrastructure Operation & Maintenance Engineer ($1200, ID22773):
Formulate maintenance plans and supervise repairs across industrial park road networks, traffic signages, signal installations, and rainwater drainage infrastructure.
Oversee asset preservation programs across commercial utilities, public greenery, parks, and office facilities.
Execute procurement and service contracts for site security, industrial janitorial care, and landscape maintenance.
Direct scheduled maintenance activities for ready-built factory units.
Manage the daily readiness and training schedules of the dedicated IP Firefighting unit, guaranteeing 24/7 emergency response capability and strict compliance with statutory fire safety standards.
Review tenant engineering submission drawings to ensure full compliance with internal IP technical codes and legal construction standards.
Inspect tenant site activities, ensuring structural executions match approved design files and technical connection specifications.
Coordinate with internal departments to address tenant inquiries related to civil modifications and utility link-ups.
Champion ISO operational procedures across daily infrastructure activities.
Enforce QHSE policies, mitigate occupational health and safety risks, and uphold environmental protection standards across the estate.
Yêu cầu
Male candidate, aged between 30 and 40 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Infrastructure Engineering, or equivalent fields.
Minimum 05 years of practical experience in construction supervision, infrastructure operations, or industrial facility maintenance.
Solid working knowledge of fire safety systems (PCCC), civil construction compliance, and utility connections.
Proficient in spoken and written English for executive meetings, client presentations, and technical documentation.
Hands-on proficiency with AutoCAD, specialized technical software, and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong team supervisory capabilities, problem-solving skills, and presentation aptitude.
