Mô tả công việc
Job Purpose
The scope of work for an Insight and Analytics Internship in the Omnichannel Division of GSK Vietnam would involve a range of tasks and responsibilities aimed at supporting the division's efforts to optimize omnichannel marketing efficiency across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Colloborate with IT/Technical team & BI team on Data Collection and Management: Define and document clearly business requirement for Tech Department to deliver the Analysis use-cases from OC and Business Units' demands, with following expected deliveries:
o Data Gathering: Collect data from various sources, including digital platforms (e.g., social media, websites), CRM systems, email marketing tools, and third-party data providers.
o Data Cleaning and Processing: Clean, organize, and preprocess data to ensure accuracy and usability for analysis.
o Database Management: Frequency of maintaining and updating internal databases to ensure the latest data is always available for analysis.
• Develop, implement, and maintain Reporting and Visualization to provide the LOC Business Units, Omnichannel Team with tools and reports. Develop and execute processes to allow for routine analytical reviews
o Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards that provide insights into marketing performance across various channels with committed updated frequency.
o Report Generation: Compile regular reports on key metrics such as Coverage, OC Campaign Effiectiveness, Engagement rates, HCP movements and beliefs.
o Data Visualization: Create clear and compelling visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders, using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Excel.
• Supporting OC Insight & Analytics Lead on Data Analysis and Insights Generation to deliver data and insight driven actions for internal stakeholders (e.g. Business Units, OC Campaign Team, Leadership Team)
o Descriptive Analytics: Perform basic data analysis to understand current trends, patterns, and performance metrics across different marketing channels.
o Predictive Analytics: Support in developing models to predict future trends, customer behaviors, and marketing outcomes using statistical and machine learning techniques.
o Customer Segmentation: Assist in segmenting customer data to identify key demographics, preferences, and behaviors that can inform targeted marketing strategies.
o Campaign Analysis: Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, digital ads) and provide recommendations for improvement.
Other Responsibilities:
• Collaboration and Communication
o Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams such as Marketing, Sales, and IT to ensure alignment of data and analytics with overall business goals.
o Stakeholder Communication: Present findings and recommendations to team members and senior management in a clear and actionable manner.
• Learning and Development
o Skill Development: Gain proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, as well as an understanding of the pharmaceutical industry's regulatory environment.
o Industry Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including the unique challenges and opportunities in omnichannel marketing within this sector.

Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as: Information Technology; Data Analytics; Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of analytical tools such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiar with Programming Languages such as Python or R is a plus.
- Proficiency in office applications like Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good English skills, both written and spoken.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as: Information Technology; Data Analytics; Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
