As an Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections to ensure the highest quality standards in textile garment and footwear products. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to compliance with SGS and client-specific procedures.
Là Nhân viên Kiểm định, bạn sẽ trực tiếp tham gia kiểm định sản phẩm dệt may và giày dép, đảm bảo đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn chất lượng cao nhất theo đúng quy trình của SGS và yêu cầu khách hàng. Vị trí này đòi hỏi sự chuyên nghiệp, cẩn trọng và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao.
Key Responsibilities / Nhiệm vụ chính
• Receive and review inspection orders, SOPs, and client instructions before conducting inspections.
• Conduct inspections in a professional manner, ensuring compliance with client instructions and SGS quality procedures.
• Provide daily progress updates to Manager/Supervisor and report any problems encountered during inspections.
• Prepare accurate, detailed, and timely inspection reports.
• Prepare samples as required by procedures or as instructed by Manager/Supervisor.
• Train and coach new inspectors when assigned.
• Maintain and safeguard inspection equipment; report any technical issues.
• Ensure compliance with SGS procedures and client-specific requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Tiếp nhận và nghiên cứu hồ sơ kiểm định (đơn hàng, SOP, hướng dẫn khách hàng) trước khi tiến hành.
• Thực hiện kiểm định chuyên nghiệp, đảm bảo tuân thủ yêu cầu khách hàng và quy trình chất lượng SGS.
• Báo cáo tiến độ công việc hàng ngày với Quản lý/ Giám sát, kịp thời thông tin sự cố phát sinh.
• Lập báo cáo kiểm định chính xác, chi tiết và kịp thời.
• Chuẩn bị mẫu kiểm định theo quy trình hoặc phân công.
• Hướng dẫn, đào tạo nhân viên kiểm định mới khi được chỉ định.
• Quản lý và
bảo vệ thiết bị kiểm định, báo cáo khi có sự cố.
• Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định của SGS và yêu cầu từ khách hàng.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của Ban quản lý.
