Knowledge of PCs and operating system in industrial controls

Knowledge in maintenance and servicing of processing equipment (pasteurizer, homogenizer, pump and valve)
Knowledge in the field of power generation
Knowledge in Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schnieder, Omron instrumentation softwares

Maintenance execution
Executes preventive and corrective maintenance work according to plan across the site
Be versertile in all instrument operations and workings of the running software
Fixes breakdowns and performs repairs that are Insrumentation related across site
Be able to carryout software improvements on equioments for better performance
Be able to conceptualize, design and implement machine/process improvement for increased outputs
Ensure work order registration in CMMS (hours, materials, feedback text, etc.)
Closes work order when work is finished
Oversee/ carry out legal calibrations and testings on plant installations instruments
Participates in work meetings and improvement teams
Makes suggestions to optimize preventive maintenance plans
Manages adjustments, Analyzes maintainability of adjustments, modifications and new constructions
Gives input to updates of technical drawings, documentation, diagrams and settings
Administrative handling of maintenance activities in Maintenance Management System
Designing and testing instrumetation equipment and processes
Exploring and implementing new ways to automate instrument systems
Programming new Instrumetation components
Identifying quality issues relating to equipment operations and writing reports
Eliminating defects and errors with product and software development
Collaborating with other business units to achieve process improvement and reducing production cost
Enforcement - Safety, Quality, Healthy and Environment
Applies and enforces all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental requirements and standards
Implement relevant QSHE risk addressing maintenance
Identifies unsafe and unhygienic situations and reports them to the supervisor
Prepares work permit
Perform LMRA before maintenance activities
Applies LOTOTO procedure
Maintain a 5S work areas, follow good manufacturing practices, and work safely
