1. Develop and implement the company's digital strategy and performance management initiatives.

Yêu cầu

3. Solid understanding of general insurance products, distribution strategies, operational procedures, and relevant regulations.
4. Strong skills in English communication, presentation, and project management. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
5. Independent thinker with demonstrated leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving capabilities.
6. Experience working in overseas or multicultural environments is highly desirable.
7. Preferred: Hands-on experience in digital transformation, core system implementation, or automation projects in the insurance sector.
8. Preferred: Familiarity with ASEAN insurance markets or practical experience in the region.
