KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients across target industries (industrial parks, factories, commercial buildings, mixed-use projects, etc.)
- Build and update prospect databases, including key decision-makers and contact details
- Perform cold calling and initial outreach to introduce Aden Services and collect client information
- Qualify leads and coordinate meetings for the BD team
- Support in preparing company profiles, capability statements, and presentation materials
- Assist in competitor analysis and market trend reporting
- Support other Business Development activities as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in B2B sales and market development
- Confident communication skills and comfortable with cold calling
- Good research and analytical skills - Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- English communication
