The Integrated Marketing Communications Executive (Integrated MarCom Executive) is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated multi-channel marketing communications initiatives to strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The role also leverages marketing technology (MarTech) platforms and digital tools to improve operational efficiency, campaign measurement, optimization, and customer engagement.
A. Integrated Marketing Communications Management (50%)
1. Content & Channel Management
- Develop content plans and create content across multiple channels, including the company website, Facebook, LinkedIn, email marketing, online communities, and other digital platforms.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and positioning across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce marketing collateral and communication materials that support both marketing and business objectives.
2. Campaign Execution & Public Relations
- Coordinate and execute integrated marketing campaigns for products, services, business matchmaking programs, seminars, workshops, webinars, and employer branding initiatives.
- Develop pre-, during-, and post-campaign communication plans to maximize reach and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, evaluate outcomes, and recommend improvements for future initiatives.
- Draft press releases, PR articles, thought leadership content, and external communication materials.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, industry communities, and communication partners.
- Monitor media, market, and industry trends to identify relevant communication opportunities.
B. MarTech Integration & Operations (40%)
1. Marketing Automation
- Set up and manage email marketing automation workflows to nurture marketing-qualified leads.
- Design automated customer nurturing journeys tailored to different audience segments and customer journey stages.
- Monitor and optimize automation workflows to improve conversion rates.
2. AI & Productivity Tools
- Proactively research, experiment with, and adopt Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and similar technologies to improve work efficiency.
- Apply AI in content creation, market research, data analysis, and reporting.
- Recommend technology solutions to optimize marketing operations and workflows.
C. Reporting & Process Improvement (10%)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain automated reporting dashboards (Google Sheets, Excel, Dashboards, etc.).
- Monitor and evaluate marketing performance using key performance indicators (KPIs), and recommend optimization initiatives to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Continuously improve marketing processes to enhance team productivity, scalability, and operational excellence.
