The Job
We're seeking an Implementation Engineer to build, test, and deploy enterprise software integrations for our clients. You'll work hands-on with APIs, databases, and low-code automation platforms to connect systems like ERP, CMMS, WMS, and financial platforms. This role focuses on technical execution-translating requirements into working integrations, troubleshooting complex data flows, and ensuring quality through testing.
What You'll Do
Build & Configure Integrations (60%)
- Build integration workflows using low-code automation platforms to connect enterprise systems (ERP, CMMS, financial platforms, WMS)
- Design and implement field mappings, data transformations, conditional logic, and error handling within workflow tools
- Configure authentication, API connections, sync schedules, and leverage pre-built adapters developed by our engineering team
Testing & Quality Assurance (25%)
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions with clients, create test scenarios and validate end-to-end workflows
- Identify and troubleshoot configuration issues in real-time during testing
- Coordinate with QA team on complex scenarios and perform pre-UAT validation
Technical Analysis & Problem Solving (15%)
- Query databases and analyze system data to troubleshoot issues and investigate data quality problems
- Evaluate integration capabilities, determine optimal endpoints, and work creatively within system constraints
- Create technical documentation for field mappings, configurations, and provide written status updates to clients and team
Your Skills and Experience
- Low-Code Automation Expertise - 1+ years of hands-on experience building complex, multi-step workflows in n8n, [protected info], Zapier, or similar platforms.
- Enterprise Integration Background - Understanding of REST APIs, ability to read API documentation, test endpoints with tools like Postman, and knowledge of various authentication methods (OAuth, API keys, bearer tokens).
- Data & Database Skills - Ability to write SQL queries to verify data, troubleshoot issues, and understand data relationships.
- Communication & Work Style - Clear communication in English (written and spoken) with US-based clients and management.
- Flexibility for US Hours - Comfortable attending late evening calls for client UAT sessions and team coordination.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with n8n is a plus.
- JavaScript knowledge for writing custom functions within workflows.
- Experience working with US-based clients or in professional services environments.
