5. *Market Awareness and Competitive Analysis*

1. University degree in Interior design, architecture o related field from reputable university.
2. Min 5 years' experience in interior design company or real estate
developer in charge in interior design works, preparing mock and show units, managing interior works, fit out project for tenants.
3. Proficient in design software and applications i.e : Sketchup, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Adobe Creative Suites and Ms Office
4. Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and space planning.
5. Experience coordinating with design consultants, contractor and suppliers.
6. Knowledge of local building code and industry standards
7. Excellent in communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
8. Passions in details, site inspections and problem-solving skills.
9. Experience in hospitality, residential and commercial projects is an advantage
