US Vietnam Talent International School (UTS) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our Human Resources team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the HR field with a focus on learning and development within a dynamic educational environment.
Scope of work includes but is not limited to:
1) Learning & Development (70%)
Training Operations
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of training programs, workshops, and seminars.
- Assist in developing training materials, including manuals, presentations, handouts.
- Support the scheduling of training sessions and manage participant registrations.
- Prepare training venues and ensure all necessary equipment and materials are available.
- Facilitate communication with trainers, trainees, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth training delivery.
- Collect and analyze training feedback, helping to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the implementation of initiatives to promote life-long learning.
E-Learning Project
- Join in the deployment of e-learning platform for teachers and staff.
- Assist in translating and developing training content, quizzes, and assessments for online learning platform.
- Conduct quality checks on e-learning content to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Monitor and deliver report for user progress and completion of e-learning courses.
- Stay updated with e-learning trends and technologies to suggest innovative approaches for enhancing online learning experiences.
2) People & Culture and other HR functions (30%)
- Lead and coordinate annual employee surveys, develop relevant action plan and coordinate the execution of employee squads.
- Lead cultural initiatives and events that promote UTS's mission, vision, core values and cultural principles and leadership mindsets.
- Support activities that focus on enhancing organizational performance, promoting diversity, developing a committed workforce, and building organizational capability that directly impact business strategy, i.e HR info day, Job Fair, HR connects, Leadership connects.
- Assist in planning and execution of talent acquisition activities.
- Join hand in other HR functions & tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Final-year student currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
