Review and analyze logistics reports (stock and sea shipment reports) and share relevant information with Junior Traders.
Monitor and track account receivables by checking the status of open invoices.
Input data related to ongoing commercial deals into internal systems.
Lead KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures for new clients, including document requests and coordination with the Compliance team.
Prepare shipment documentation, including packing lists and Certificates of Origin (COO).
Learn the basics of Junior Trader responsibilities and provide support by assisting with simpler tasks.

Yêu cầu
University student majoring in International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience or internship in client service management or international trade is a PLUS
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Excellent time management and self-organization skills; ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in English (fluent). A big PLUS with Chinese (both speaking and writing).
