The IGNITE Internship Program is a 12-week internship at FedEx, offering high-potential youth the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, mentorship from industry experts, and practical skills to jumpstart their careers. Whether your interests lie in Marketing, this structured program is designed to help you learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one.
What You'll Gain

Conduct analysis on various market dynamics, including feasibility studies, market trends, customer behavior (Voices of Customers), and competitor benchmarking. This involves gathering, organizing, and interpreting data.
Assist in developing and preparing reports and presentations that summarize findings from market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis.
Support the development of economic outlook reports, research and analyze industry trends analyzing current economic conditions and their potential impact on industry trends.
Assist in events organizing.
Preferred background:
Good understanding of research methodologies and mathematics with a strong aptitude for working with numbers.
Strong quantitative and data analysis skills, with experience in interpreting data trends, generating insights, and making data-driven decisions.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for complex data analysis, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization.
Proficient in database management tools (e.g., SQL), with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets efficiently.
Experience with Power BI for developing interactive and user-friendly dashboards is a plus.
