Key Responsibilities
Conduct structured interviews with candidates via online meeting platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet) using a provided interview script.
Evaluate candidates' technical and soft skills, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
Prepare detailed reports summarizing candidates' experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to provide feedback and insights on candidate performance.
Maintain accurate and organized records of interviews and candidate interactions.
Participate in team meetings to discuss recruitment strategies and candidate pipelines.

Qualifications
Proficiency in English
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
Comfortable using online meeting platforms (Zoom, Google Meet,...) and AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok,...)
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
