About the role
As an Internal Accountant, you will work in Hanoi office Finance Team. You are responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. This role supports the finance team in preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate and timely financial records in accordance with accounting standards
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Perform account reconciliations (bank, vendor, customer, intercompany)
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Ensure timely processing of payments to vendors and employees according to agreed payment terms
• Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up to maintain healthy cash flow
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax filings
• Monitor and improve internal controls and accounting procedures
• Collaborate with other departments and other entities to ensure proper financial data flow
• Other tasks/Ad-hoc as required by the
