*Role Overview
We are hiring an Internal Accountant with an audit firm background to improve the operational control. This is not a bookkeeping role. We are looking for someone who understands how numbers flow through a multi-outlet business and can use that understanding to flag irregularity, and drive cost improvements.
*Key Responsibilities
• Monitor daily inventory data across all outlets; maintain accurate records of ingredient stock levels
• Manage supplier purchase orders and perform monthly payment reconciliation
• Handle VAT filing and ensure ongoing compliance with Vietnamese tax regulations
• Track COGS as a percentage of revenue and lead initiatives to improve Gross Profit
• Research and propose alternative suppliers to reduce input costs without compromising quality
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports for senior leadership
Yêu cầu
• 3 or more years of experience at a Big 4 or reputable audit firm
• Demonstrated experience in inventory management or auditing clients in high-turnover industries such as F&B, retail, FMCG, or manufacturing is required
• Conversational English with international management, Japanese speakers are also welcome
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Familiarity with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) is a plus
