Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in internal audit, external audit, internal control, or risk management are preferred.
Basic understanding of internal audit principles, risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance procedures. Knowledge of J-SOX would be an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks, review processes, and recommend improvements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail, integrity, and objectivity in handling information and audit documentation.
Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and good teamwork skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
