Key Responsibilities
• Cost & Budget Control:
Lead efforts to control product costs and manage budgets effectively, ensuring alignment with company targets.
• Financial & operational Reporting & Analysis:
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, offering key insights to management for business strategy development.
• Internal Control & Compliance:
Develop and implement robust internal control frameworks to protect company assets, maintain financial accuracy, and comply with all regulatory standards.
• Audit Management:
Oversee internal and external audit processes, ensuring timely resolution of findings and continuous improvement of internal controls.
• SAP Implementation & Finance Automation:
Support and mentor the finance and accounting team during SAP implementation. Act as a key resource in identifying and executing process automation initiatives to enhance efficiency.
• Reconciliation & Data Integrity:
Perform regular reconciliations to maintain data /reports across functions accuracy and integrity.
• Tax Compliance & Optimization:
Review and ensure the accuracy of tax forms, identifying and recommending adjustments to optimize compliance.
