1. Duties and responsibilities
- Formulate "Annual Audit Plan" and submit it to NCCI and the board of directors for approval.
- According to "Annual Audit Plan", perform internal audits, communicate with the auditee, prepare an "Audit Report" and submit it to the responsible person for review, and follow up regularly until deficiencies are improved.
- According to the instruction of parent company, carry out internal control audit or investigation and report accordingly.
- Review the company's internal control systems to reasonably ensure effectiveness.
- Regularly collect legal information and review the legal compliance of the company's internal control system.
- Cooperate with external agencies (competent authorities, accounting firms, etc.) to conduct internal control audits.
- Assist management in establishing, maintaining, promoting the "company's internal control system".
- Assist management to conduct "self-assessment of Internal control system".
- Execute other matters assigned by the supervisor.

- Effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
- Reliability, timeliness, transparency, and regulatory compliance of reporting.
- Compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bylaws.
1. General requirements:
- Must not have criminal records such as fraud, breach of trust, embezzlement, etc.
- Familiar with auditing skills and able to complete audit work independently.
- Have ability to plan and execute audit operations.
- Have good communication skills and be able to effectively handle audit issues.
- Have excellent verbal and written English with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels within the Company.
- Have simple verbal and reading Chinese with the ability to understand Chinese internal control rules.
- Be computer literate with ERP and Microsoft Office to a proficient level, especially data capture, data pivot, analysis, etc.
- Familiar with factory operations, including the processes of sales,
purchasing, production, labor and wage, finance, R&D, asset management, etc. (At least familiar with the operations of sales/purchasing/finance, and the hiring level will be section leader)
- Familiar with internal control regulations and able to assist management in formulating internal control systems. (At least familiar with the internal control regulation of sales/purchasing/finance, and the hiring level will be section leader)
- Education: Bachelor degree (or above) in Auditing, Finance, Accounting, Economics or law is priority.
2. Others:
Meet one of the following conditions is priority.
- Those who have served as auditors of foreign investment companies for at least 03 years.
- Those who have engaged in auditing work in an accounting firm for at least 03 years.-
- Those with certificates of accountant or international/local internal auditor.
