📍 Location: UOA Tower, 6 Tan Trao, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
🕒 Working hours: Monday - Friday | 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
A. Internal Events & Employee Engagement
Work with team on planning and organization of internal events and employee engagement activities, including team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and other internal initiatives.
Assist in developing event ideas, preparing event materials, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth event execution.
Collect employee feedback and support post-event evaluations to improve future activities.
B. Corporate Culture & Internal Communications
Support communication initiatives to promote O-Tech's core values & corporate culture.
Create engaging internal communication content for company communication channels, including internal announcements, posters, and social media groups.
Take photos, record videos, and create recap content for internal events and activities.
Support other HR-related communication and employee engagement projects as assigned.
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Final year or Fresh-graduated from a university or college, preferably in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.
Interested in internal communications, event planning, corporate culture, and employee engagement.
Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic about organizing activities for employees.
Good communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with Design tool is a plus
Basic photography, video editing, or content writing skills are preferred.
Willing to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
