- Internal Channel Management: Establish, operate, and manage all internal communication channels (Intranet, Email, Slack/Teams, Newsletter, display screens, etc.), ensuring messages are consistent and timely.
- Multimedia Content Production (Media Focus): Directly responsible for producing diverse internal communication content, including Video, General Content (articles, announcements), and Design (Coordination or self-design).
- Culture Transmission: Creatively and consistently convey the company's Vision, Mission, and Core Values (Culture & Values).
- Event Planning & Organization: Conceptualize, plan in detail, and directly organize monthly/quarterly engagement activities. Closely coordinate with external agencies to execute major recurring events (Annual Team Building, Year-end Party, Town Halls, recognition programs like Employee of the Quarter/Year).
- Happiness Survey & Feedback: Periodically deploy the Happiness Survey or Engagement Survey, analyze the results, and propose improvement initiatives for the work environment.
- Collaboration with TA (Talent Acquisition): Support the Talent Acquisition team in developing Employer Branding (EB) content according to the overall plan.
Yêu cầu
- Experience: A minimum of 03 years of practical experience working in an Internal Communications Specialist, Public Relations (PR), or related role.
- Media & Content Production Skills:
+ Required: Practical experience in multimedia content production, specifically basic video shooting and editing skills (e.g., CapCut, Premiere) and image processing.
+ Ability to write scripts (Video & MC) and draft internal communication content effectively.
- Event Organization: Proven experience in successfully organizing internal events ranging from small to large scale.
- Strategic Mindset: Understanding of how to build corporate culture, promote Employee Engagement, and how communications support business objectives.
- Education: University degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Human Resources Management.
- Qualities: Proactive, outgoing, creative mindset, and strong MC/communication skills are a significant advantage.
