Job Description
- Assist in organizing internal events and company club activities.
- Support brainstorming and developing initiatives to enhance employee engagement and strengthen company culture.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor/mentor.
Requirements
- Final-year students who are about to graduate.
- Available to work full-time (Monday to Friday).
- Able to commit to a minimum internship period of 3 months.
- Passionate about organizing events, internal activities, and employee engagement and experience programs.
- Eager to learn and develop a career in Human Resources, particularly in Employee Engagement and Internal Communications.
