Internal Process Aud it Executive (ISO) - Biên HòaCÔNG TY TNHH FASHION GARMENTS

This position is responsible for inspecting internal systems, processes, procedures used in organization, identifying areas for improvement, recommending viable solutions and internal controls in order to achieve departmental KPI.
• Coordinate with related departments to update, revise and improve processes, reinforce documents, and record management for ISO requirements.
• Define and compile the procedures which are not available or weak in control.
• Review and support to close the gap between the unified processes and ISO processes. Follow up and update ISO processes' status.
• Support to coach ISO requirements for each department.
• Support to prepare ISO internal audit plans, and reports such as: arrange meeting, record meeting minutes, follow up pending issues, and attend internal audits.
• Support to prepare Management Review Meeting before ISO external audit such as: prepare presentation file, and record meeting minutes.
• Coordinate in training courses related to ISO. Train ISO software guideline in orientation course.
• Coordinate with BSI Representative to prepare documents and deploy ISO audit.
• Support Quality Assurance department for Customer audits.
• Support to delivery system compliance via audits from BSI (Pass ISO 9001:2015 audit).
• Partner in building lean culture in the organization by actively involving in assessments, workshops, audits & improvement activities related to lean function.
• 5S Implementation and maintain.
• Other tasks as assigned by Manager.
