Internal Sales Officer

Major responsibilities:
Search & make market research to identify potential markets to expand distribution network and increase market share.
Make plan/monthly reports to develop new customers and maintain existing key accounts.
Solve complaints from customers relating to goods in the sales process.
Take part in in-house workshop or external workshop to enhance the knowledge of products, soft skills
Update payment status & debts of clients in charged.
Product issues issues solving and advising
Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Job requirements:
Bachelor Degree in relevant majors: foreign trade, import - export, logistics...
Young, dynamic, result-driven is a big plus
At least 3 years working experience & 2 years at the same position
Good command in English
Good communication skill, proactive, problem solving skill, ...
