Collect and summarize customer information from different sources.
Keep customer records accurate and up-to-date.
Enter contracts, quotes, and orders into the SAP system.
Coordinate and manage customer orders.
Update stock levels regularly.
Handle administrative tasks for Stavian Europe BV.
Help with team tasks and projects.
Enter data into various systems and applications.
Create reports as requested by management.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in International Economics, Business Management, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in international trade or a similar role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (Creating report forms when needed).
Energetic, proactive, and willing to work online during off-peak hours.
Proficient in English (at least IELTS 6.5)
Experience in international trade, preferably in the plastics industry.
