Responsibilities: In this role, you will:
Assisting in Admin work (Photocopying/ Scanning/ Printing/ Filing documents) Doing clerical work including archives and records and delivering/ receiving/ Obtaining bank chops documents, materials Ordering/ delivering stationary, office tools and equipment Booking air tickets, accommodation, restaurants then claiming expenses Doing logistic arrangement for meetings, seminars, events Translating documents with guidance from relevant employees Assisting employees in preparing business correspondences/ presentation slides/ reports/ following up with authorities on application/registration Welcoming customers/ Assisting customers in filling simple forms/ using basic electronic banking services Addressing to customers' simple enquiries upon request Assisting employees in collecting information and documents from customers, vendors, business partners/ collecting information and documents from authorities and/or public sources or from departments within the Bank and in updating information in the Bank systems Assisting with legal research/ Preparing legal notes, advises.
Qualifications &
Experience Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet) Ability to intern full-time in 6 months Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions.
