 Should posses an undergraduate degree in business, engineering studies or textile engineering. A background in chemistry, would be advantageous.
 Practical (international) experience, preferably in business-to-business environment, e.g., by former internships, project management.
 Excellent language skills - Both spoken and written English
 Firm knowledge and command of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
 Effective communication and presentation skills and goal oriented
 Team player, independent and self-motivated personality, with a high level of responsibility and hands-on mentality
 Flexible and proactive in taking on responsibilities with a willingness to learn
