You'll play a key role in investment decision making. Some of the responsibilities you will own:
• Conduct comprehensive financial modeling from scratch, valuation analyses, and due-diligence work on prospective investment opportunities;
• Support all phases of the transaction process, including industry research, deal screening, and drafting investment committee presentations;
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to senior leadership;
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, financial, operational) to execute deal processes;
• Monitor financial and operational performance of portfolio companies, identifying opportunities to drive growth and profitability;
• Support portfolio monitoring, LP relationships, and ongoing strategic initiatives post investment;
• Maintain strong market awareness and build relationships with bankers, advisors, and industry executives.
Yêu cầu
• Is execution-obsessed - someone who gets things done, fast and well.
• Holds a Bachelor's or Master's degree with strong academic performance.
• Has experience in investment, finance, consulting or another data-driven environment.
• Has strong analytical skills with experience in financial modeling, KPI analysis, and market evaluation.
• Is comfortable working with imperfect information, forecasting under uncertainty, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented mindset.
• Is based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam for the duration of the role.
• Has great command of spoken and written English and Vietnamese.
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity and a drive to keep learning and improving.
