• We are currently seeking an Investment Analyst Intern to join our company in our Ho Chi Minh City office. The Investment Analyst Intern will work closely with the Managing Director on all aspects of the investment process
Job Description:
The Investment Analyst Intern will be exposed to and assist with various financial and investment-related aspects of the real estate investment process.
The Investment Analyst Intern will work directly with and support in:
• Sourcing:
• Work closely with Management to identify investment opportunities
• Perform preliminary analysis of the potential deals (legal, financial)
• Execution:
• Perform legal due diligence on the project by reviewing zoning plan, LURs certificate, land location etc.
• Research market, comparable products/rates/valuation
• Work with Development team on business plans/financial models
• Draft term sheets, presentations and investment memos
• Support land acquisition activities, including liaising with landowners and government authorities
• Work with banks on construction loans
• Work with Development team on finance related issues
• Monitoring and Exit:
• Monitor project's progress
• Assist in preparing quarterly reports on projects for Management.
