Position Purpose
TMG's Corporate Development & Strategy team is a high-profile, high impact group that works with TMG's top leaders to identify and execute against inorganic opportunities to accelerate our strategy.
In Strategy, the team will identify and analyze exciting new growth opportunities and work with
business leaders to prioritize strategic investments and execute strategic transformation.
In Corporate Development, responsibilities include maintaining the company's financial model, assessing strategic growth initiatives including partnerships, analyzing potential acquisitions, and leading a variety of ad hoc cross functional analyses related to strategic initiatives including quarterly board meeting material preparation and modeling the financial impact of a range of potential initiatives. The team frequently works directly with C-levels, Head of Businesses as well as Head of Departments.
Major Tasks
Maintain the group and each business line's financial models
Perform financial and data analysis & create financial modeling as required for feasibility studies
Support the due diligence process planning and activity tracking with functional team
Conduct market research & prospecting on various business opportunities for TMG; present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholder leaders
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Assess financial information and investment opportunities
Presents investment opportunities and related analysis while pitching proposed course of action in meetings with clients
Who we are looking for?
Candidate must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Finance/Accounting/ Economics or equivalent degree
Required language: English
At least 02 years experience in a similar role
Self-starter who can produce great results with limited supervision
Solid technical skills in valuation; proficiency in Excel modeling & PowerPoint
Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities
Excellent research and writing abilities
Confident presentation abilities
Working conditions
Working hours: 08:30am - 05:30pm, from Monday to Friday
Travelling within the country/region if required
