About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Associate to support real estate acquisitions, development projects, private investment funds, and capital markets activities in the United States. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in commercial real estate investments, development, private equity, lending, or related fields and possess strong financial, analytical, and communication skills.
This position requires extensive review and analysis of complex financial and legal documents, including Private Placement Memorandums (PPMs), Loan Agreements, Limited Partnership Agreements (LPAs), Operating Agreements, Subscription Agreements, and other transaction-related documents. Strong written and verbal English is required, as the role involves some interactions with US based attorneys, developers, investors, and business partners.
Responsibilities
Prepare investment presentations, teasers, newsletters and investor letters for the investors.
Manage new investor on-boarding process and maintain investor records.
Communicate with investors, providing updates on fund transfer, project status, and documentation.
Coordinate with banks and escrow agents to process investor funds.
Support office operations and administrative duties as needed
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality
Build basic financial models, including loan interest payment schedules.
Conduct US real estate investment analysis, including financial modeling, proforma, market research, due diligence, and deal closing
Review and analyze Private Placement Memorandum (PPMs) and other investment legal documents.
Ensure compliance with USCIS and SEC regulations related to EB-5 investment.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in investor relations, or financial services.
Experience in real estate investment, private equity, investment banking, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of escrow processes, banking coordination, and PPM review.
Basic understanding of loan transactions between borrowers and lenders.
Ability to analyze financial proforma and build simple financial models for interest payment, acquisition, and development projects.
Understanding of capital structures (equity/debt) and cash flow distribution waterfalls.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for financial analysis and presentations.
Bachelor's Degree from a top-tier university is preferred
Familiarity with USCIS EB-5 regulations, compliance, and investment structures is a plus.
