Investment
Strategy:
Advise the Executive Board on corporate investment strategies and project investment planning.
Identify, evaluate, and recommend potential real estate investment opportunities.
Conduct preliminary assessments and feasibility studies for investment projects.

Investment
Management:
Lead and manage the Investment Department to achieve business objectives.
Perform market research, project screening, financial and commercial evaluations.
Prepare pre-feasibility and feasibility studies for investment approval.
Lead negotiations with project owners, investors, and strategic partners for acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.
Execute project acquisitions and disposals following investment approval.
Monitor investment performance and ensure projects are delivered in line with approved investment strategies.

Stakeholder
Management:
Build and maintain relationships with government authorities, strategic partners, consultants, financial institutions, and investors.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of investment projects.
4. Team Leadership:
Lead, coach, and develop the Investment team.
Participate in recruitment, training, and performance management.
5.
Other
Duties:
Prepare periodic investment reports and strategic recommendations.
Perform other assignments as directed by the CEO.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in
Finance, Economics, Investment, Business Administration
, or related disciplines.
CFA qualification (Level I or above) is highly preferred.
Experience:
Minimum
10 years of experience in
Real Estate Investment
.
Minimum
5 years in a leadership position with a reputable Real Estate
Developer.
