We are looking for talented candidates for the Investment Manager located at HCM.
• Maintain information on all Group projects with regards to their demand for financing and refinancing.
• Highlight any demand for action and/or trigger appropriate activities for financing and refinancing of projects.
• Solicit all relevant information on Group projects from contractors, local management, holding management and internal departments, prepare information and present
• Identify potential investor groups and relevant contact persons within those groups both on Vietnam and Abroad levels, maintain relationship with potential investors through regular meetings and other forms of communication, establish the appropriate communication strategy and schedule for events, meetings and other forms of communication.
• Prepare reports with investment summaries
• Analyze financial information to produce forecasts of business, industry, and economic conditions for use in making investment decisions.
• Perform regular and detailed analysis of Financial statements of Group entities
• Prepare regular management reports to Board of Directors of Group and its subsidiaries, including but not limited to financial analysis, technical and commercial parts
