Mô tả công việc
1. Manage and operate assigned investment department activities:
- Support and advise the Investment Director in developing investment policies, strategies, plans, and regulations in alignment with the group's orientation.
- Create work plans, manage human resources, and coordinate activities within the assigned investment department.
2. Lead, organize, and coordinate assigned activities:
- Identify, evaluate, appraise, and propose project investment opportunities; conduct comprehensive assessments of project feasibility and effectiveness in terms of finance, legal, technical/construction, and operations.
- Develop and coordinate the development and implementation of financial structures for projects (equity and loan capital); directly participate in arranging capital/loans for projects and oversee/support the disbursement process.
- Participate in implementing investment projects and manage assigned investment portfolios (including M&A, divestment, asset/portfolio restructuring).
- Participate in and coordinate the analysis and evaluation of macroeconomics, industries, and other financial and investment activities within the Group.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Director/Deputy Director.

Yêu cầu công việc
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Investment Economics, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in Investment or as an Analyst in Investment Banking.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management position.
- Knowledge of strategy and operational areas such as Infrastructure, Real Estate, and Utilities.
- Strong analytical, synthesis, and planning skills; good organizational abilities; able to work independently and in teams; proficient in communication and negotiation.
- Independent and objective thinker; agile with a strategic vision; diligent and open to seeking advice.
- Proficient in English and strong communication skills.
