Mô tả công việc
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience within the real estate investment sector. He/she will be involved in the cycle of investment including working with the government, searching, deal execution, banking procedure, and investment management.
Job Description
• Seek out real estate investment opportunities focusing on the land bank to build Building and Apartment;
• Evaluate investment opportunities depending on selling price, market supply & demand, payment method, and timing;
• Corporate with related departments to process in execution steps: searching, contract negotiation, valuing & evaluating due diligence;
• Evaluate & follow up after investment.

Yêu cầu công việc
• At least 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate corporation;
• Bachelor's degree in economics or related background with excellent academic credentials;
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent market knowledge across real estate sectors and proven experience in working with investment projects is a plus.
• Strong valuation skills, quick adaptation ability, strong negotiation skill;
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, multi-tasking and work under high pressure;
• Bachelor's degree in economics or related background with excellent academic credentials;
• Fluent in English.
