Company Profile:
International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of an international securities company. Our client is seeking Investment Relationship Director. This job is based in Hanoi.
Job Summary:
Investment Relationship Director is in charge of finding the sales opportunities for the company in the Vietnam market.
Job Responsibilities:
· Develop and drive sales strategy for growing the custody business.
· Work closely with CEO to evaluate and strategize new requirements for business.
· Identify new opportunities for securities business in the Vietnam market.
· Consult large corporate client issue bond transactions.
· Develop the trading system.
· Build and maintain good relationship with new and existing clients.
· Provide customer with a bundle of service to cater for their needs.
· Ensure compliance with the bank and regulatory procedures and policies, banking/statutory requirements, and industry codes / practices.
· Keep abreast of market information and developments.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Degree holder in Business Administration, Financial Accounting, securities or equivalent.
• 8+ years' experience in financial services industry (securities/banking/fintech/investment).
• Solid experience in sales, particularly in large local corporate clients.
• Sound knowledge in local and global, fund administration requirements and securities & bond is preferable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English.
